[That's the exact reason why Silver's stuck on what to wish for, really; anything he wants to accomplish, he wants to accomplish himself. It's better to rely on his own skills and owe nothing to anyone.]

We share the same visions. I don't know if I should call it favorable, since we're of opposing opinions in it, but I can't help but be a little excited regardless. It does, however, make them very much real, and I'm soured that the other me is a detective with rising popularity to the point of several TV interviews.

[also, it takes place back in japan. if he'd stayed there, would he be famous? but recolle has been so nice (to an extent). he hope the visions remain like... Nice ones.]

[...That gets Silver to pause for a moment. He isn't jealous, but hearing it like that makes him consider the fact that he has no idea about how... Anyone in his memories is doing, really. Are they dead? Are they somewhere around the city? It's unsettling to think about.]

Don't get too jealous until you know the whole story. Everything in those memories is already set in stone, but you can make whatever you want out of yourself.
