I guess? I don't exactly have any nice clothes.

[Yeah, perfect. Play it casual. No big deal, just two guys talking about going to the prom together.]

In that case, yeah sure.

[That might be the easiest answer to anything he's given all day.]

I didn't realize the prom was your thing.

Come over some time.

Acting is my thing.

But prom isn't bad.

[He'll have to come over sometime soon, then. Tomorrow, maybe? After the talk he's gonna have with Toushiro, the distraction's gonna be nice...]

Why do you like acting so much?

[glaciers]

I grew up watching hero movies and cartoons. I've always wanted to play one.

For that to happen I have to become a good actor.

Why?

[feistytrader]

I was hoping you'd have something deep and inspirational, but that was pretty straightforward.

[...It's not a very serious answer, but it's not untrue, either.]

[glaciers]

Do I seem deep?

I think I'm straightforward.

[feistytrader]

You're definitely straightforward. I think the only thing you get deep about is heroism itself.

[glaciers]

It's easier when people say what they mean.

Heroism is important. [He has and will continue to get into nerd fights in the middle of a comic book shop.]

You can totally say what you mean and be deep, though. I mean, look at Moruto. He almost always says exactly what he means, but he's still a solid protagonist that strikes deeply into the hearts of others.

[Oh boy. It's turning into a nerd off.]

I don't have that means of expression down unless I'm acting. It just doesn't sound like me.

Captain Might says what he means and people are soothed by his presence.

Sounds to me like you need to practice your heroism as much as your acting.

You want to practice saying big heroic stuff? I'll listen.

[glaciers]

Heroism is about what you do, not what you say or how you say it.

I'll pull out some comic books. We can do that.

[feistytrader]

Give me a few hours then, mister stonefaced hero.

[Provided that he's not being a busybody on a Monday afternoon, anyway.]

Yeah, probably.

[That doesn't mean that he's going to, however. He holds up a smoothie- it occurred to him at the last minute to hop back into the damn smoothie shop and pick one up.]
