Maybe she was so important in your past or alternate life that you remembered her faster. It's weird though, isn't it? Remembering people you've never even met before.
[ Oh, she will come and yell at him to his face if he's in the house. Or maybe, you know, when he comes back. Her red eyes are as imperious as ever, her hair tied back in a ponytail and her already in her track suit for a night run. ]
Turns out that past or alternate me also had a big sister. I'd like to have hope and say maybe I messed that up less, but I doubt it. The punchline here is that her name is Blue, because of course it is.
[He's flippant about it, sure, but god damn is it weird to just... Spontaneously remember people you're supposed to care about.]
He's trying to sneak in through the window that leads to his room. He doesn't want to deal with Elda's lecturing right now. How hardcore are these windows?]
[He can totally sneak into a second floor window, and he totally unlocked it for exactly this. The day was bound to come someday.
Aoi's a great help, too; he can hitch a ride and then pull the door open while Silver tries not to fall and break his leg. It's a perfect crime. The two of them slip on in, close the window, and Silver opens up his laptop and sits on his bed to make the whole thing natural. Aoi receives a high five for his efforts and chills next to Silver.
Surely this cannot possibly come back to bite him in the ass.]
[ The Police come about ten minutes later. Sirens until they come and knock at the door. Elda blinks and - has to tell them, no, the person the neighbor on the other side saw does in fact live here. No, no. Thank you, officers...
[God dammit, neighborhood watch. Well, there's no way out of this one, and he's not sure if he's more full of panic or relieved that the police are gone.]
Yeah?
[At least he can keep it casual. Too casual, really.]
One of my buddies had half of his hair turn white. I'm taking care of a baby crocodile that spits water. I met two Daves a few weeks ago, and some guy told me that he turns into a monster. I'm worried too, but Elda can still see even when it's just short of pitch black now. I don't think it's an infection.
