[White's learned a valuable lesson about Silver's house situation:

It's usually "busy" with "something" that includes things a young woman like herself should not see. So indecent. It's nice to know their relationship is healthy though.

So she's gonna just. Call him. Yes. Besides, she's out and already knows what she wants to pick out for a few of her friends, but for Silver... It's a toughie.]

Hey, Silver, what do you want for a present? I know I should keep it secret and all, but I want you to actually like what you get.

There is such a feeling of momentary disbelief, but it's resigned.]

Honestly, after getting the same thing year after year, the last thing I want is books. [That's all Black gave her.] So... Anything but that.

I'd really like it if I had a warm Christmas though. Surrounded by people I knew and was friends with. A little get together or something. But I know everyone'll want to spend time inside or with their loved ones, so... It might just end up being me and Black again this year-- with the addition of Leo, I guess. But that's all I want. No gift, just a lot of people.

[Which she's really only telling Silver about because she knows he'd get her on this. That warm, loving atmosphere, after so many years (in her case) of just the two of them... A change would be nice.]

...Why don't you all come over for Christmas? I'm sure Ludger and Milla are gonna make something great.

[You know, he should probably ask about these things before inviting them over, but. Here he is.]

I've only spent one Christmas with others before. I get how important it is.
