[That should be a familiar voice yelling his name, oh my god, why is she dating you. Look, if you look out your window, there is going to be the scowling face of your girlfriend, she is the most pissed right now.]

[...He sure did just completely soak his girlfriend.]

[Okay look he's just going to open that window wider and jump down, uh, here, take his jacket-]

It's your birthday, moron. I got you presents. I should just keep them from you for soaking me though.

[She'd feel so righteous about it. Her annoyance is a small steam-riser, but she sighs and shakes her head, picking up her basket. It's got a woolly... thing covering whatever's inside from view.]

Just warm me up and I'll forgive you, okay? I shouldn't have expected anything different from someone who wasn't effected by those distrust potions I experimented with...

Yeah, sure. Come on in, I'll lend you some of my clothes.

[And then Honchkrow comes down and he just grabs White and flies the two of them up, as if the absurdity of his tiny girlfriend fitting into his clothes just doesn't exist.

It's a bit of a tight squeeze- a few branches are near the windowside as well- but thankfully, his room is comfortably warm in complete contrast to the outdoors.]

[This is... nice. The thought of wearing Silver's clothes is nice, too, but it's going to dawn on her that she might either be changing in here (and in front of him, kind of) or elsewhere like a normal person should first assume.

And she kind of wants to change in here. It's so warm. That's absolutely the reason, because it's warm and she will not accept anything else it is very warm she is only making it warmer. It's so warm, it's making her face warm.]

Thanks, um. You can have the basket. Everything inside's your gift this year.

[The woolly thing on top's actually a red knit sweater, though one sleeve's a little longer than the other, and there's a sealed (cinnamon) pie beneath it. Tucked to one side is a crystal from Theasthai that's been carved into a feather.]

[The basket is very nice and he'll look at it in a moment, but for now he sets it on his bed- Weavile starts peeking inside but doesn't mess with it too much- and grabs a shirt, his... boxers? His pants? he's grabbing both, and... his socks probably won't fit her, but they're warm anyway. All nice and clean!

He holds them all out to her.]

Do you need help?

[She is a grown ass woman who can handle herself, but at the same time cold wet clothing sticks to you, and it's better that she get out as quickly as possible. Of course, there's also the added bonus that in a warm room, Silver's definitely the warmest thing around as his concern heats everything up.]

No, I'm fine.

[Since it's just her simple white dress she came with from her world, forgoing the fashions of Verens in favor of something familiar since the weather's nice. It'll be fine.

... She's still turning away after a moment to undress though. They're dating, she can do that, it isn't like she hasn't done it with other boyfriends before.]

I... don't mind if you help still, I guess. My hair's pretty wet after all.

[Then she can be close to her personal heater too. Win-win.]

[Well, that's a good an invitation as any. Silver doesn't waste time in helping her pull off her dress, although he's quick and almost mechanical about it. Weavile ducks out and returns with a towel in the meantime; he's quick to drape it over her and try to get her dry.

...Feraligatr is unsure if he should be apologetic or entertained, but it's hard to tell what he's thinking through that grin anyway.]

Good thing it's warmer outside.

[One thing to lament to her diary, probably. How practical her boyfriend is. Weavile and Feraligatr are privvy to her small pout.]

Yeah, lucky you. [Don't be disappointed. Silver's Silver.] I don't think Black would kill you or anything if I got sick, but he's got a really mean glare and strong words when they're put on paper. I would make you take care of me though.

[He's super practical! Right down to undoing her pigtails and starting to dry her hair.]

Of course I'd take care of you, I-

[...just undressed his girlfriend, has her in a towel, and now he's drying her hair while she's completely naked. Nice job, hero.

There's a distinct pause as he considers his life choices. The pause is accompanied by more heat, but he quickly resumes drying her hair, because- look, just because it's his adorable naked girlfriend doesn't mean that she isn't adorable, naked, and cold, and-]

[... So the situation's been noted, okay! Good. This is hilarious and-- you know, nice. She hasn't been able to tease or anything like this with someone in... forever. Forever.]

[She's playing innocent here, she knows what's up.]

She had her chance to rightfully break up with him after calling him a convenience and putting an end to whatever feelings started there, born not from just being treated nicely the way Leo'd treated her back home (and she still hadn't thought she really deserved it, it's still kind of hard to come to terms with now) but from his kindness and consideration despite and because of all they'd been through. Admittedly because of her own problems, but... it wasn't like he had taken it. He stood up and then he held his hand out to her when she felt she didn't deserve any of that, but hadn't wanted to lose what she'd gained.

White's kind of caught staring at him over her shoulder while she considers the fact that she picked this idiot, but the plantlife's betraying her feelings acutely as they glow vibrantly.]

You're a moron. [So fond, when she finally says something.] You might be the stupidest guy I've dated, but you're definitely the third stupidest guy I've ever known.

[Because Black's first, no doubt, and then Leo's second, and then it's him. She turns a little, eyes flicking away and grip on the fabric a little tighter.]

[...Silver stares at her for a moment... And another... And another.

Well, he's certainly winning his idiot award today, because there wasn't anything subtle about what White said, and he still doesn't get it.]

[...Oh. Oh, oh, he's opening the door and scooting Weavile and Feraligatr out of the room.]

She needs to sit down and she's going to, resting her elbow on her knee as she leans forward. White knows exactly how much she's showing like this.]

Are you the type to even think about that kind of thing? I mean, you're you, but you're still a guy, so I thought I'd offer since that's kind of what girlfriends ask their boyfriends.

[Silver can't help but stare at her for a moment, but before it passes from interested to awkward, he looks away and sits down next to her. ...Being close doesn't exactly help, of course- I mean, look at her- and he rubs the back of his head as he tries to come up with what to say.]

Sometimes?

[...You know, he's already been awkward enough. He might as well tell the whole truth.]

Gold said you might want to do stuff like that, but when I first tried kissing you, you got nervous. I wouldn't mind, but I want to make sure you're comfortable. That you're happy.

[The temperature doesn't even need to be a sign of how nervous he is at this point. His face is more than doing that for him.]

Oh, that? I was just surprised that you actually kissed me! Not to mention you picked me up to do it -- most people lean down.

[It's kind of funny to her now, giggling a little with a shake of her head. Her grin softens to a small smile. Gold told him, huh. Now that is someone she expects to think about stuff like this.]

And... you know, I mean, at the time, I hadn't really had anything like that in three years. It was a shock. I've never really been nervous or afraid around you Silver, you're my greatest source of comfort here.

[... Which is sappy and a pretty heavy thing to say, maybe, considering her everything, but it's true. It's dangerous and a little frightening, but it's not him she's scared of in the end -- even then, she's determined to put her foot down too.]

And I'd like it if you kissed me now, Silver. If you're okay with it.

[She's comfortable around him. Is he comfortable around her? Maybe he shouldn't be- she's warned time and time again about how getting involved with her means nothing but trouble, and how she'd use him if she had to.

But that's never stopped him before, and it certainly isn't stopping him from kissing her now. The closeness makes him heat up with embarrassment, the risk makes little sparks start to fly off of him, and a couple of nearby flower stems start to grow in length; their stems steer closer to White and one even manages to curl around her finger.

He's more than okay with it, it seems.]

[And if he's okay with it, then there's certainly no question about if she is; she leans into the kiss, clenching the towel a little tighter, pushing away her more doubtful thoughts and wanting to just be a normal girl with a normal boyfriend and a normal life.

(She won't ever be, but she gets the closest here with the person she's kissing.)

White's starting to spark a little too, the more they kiss, because even if this is the easy part they're used to at this point it's what comes after that's got her pulse racing -- her hand'll jerk away when she touches him and there's a shock not unlike static, laughing it off.]

I... have never had my emotions on display like this the other times, but I'll try to, um. Not shock you. Sorry.

[Even if she doesn't sound all that sorry.]

[...That could become a problem, couldn't it.]

I'll do my best to keep my emotions in check too.

[Although she's probably going to get shocked at least a few times, just like Ryuunosuke.

Silver's expression sours a little and he briefly shakes his head. No, he definitely doesn't want to think about Ryuunosuke enjoying pain right about now. Come on, say something-]

It's kind of nice, in a way. I mean, there's seeing someone's emotional effects, then there's experiencing them.

[Think about something other than Ryuunosuke, think about something other than Ryuunosuke, think about-]

Maybe I'll like it.

You're right though, and that's why I want you to give me it all too, actually. We can try and keep them in check when they come out, but -- I want to experience your feelings. All of them.
